Shipping Policy

RTS Ready To Ship orders will go out in 3-5 business days, This is not counting weekends. I do my best to get to the post office 1-2days a week to mail out orders. As a small business owner, I know the cost of shipping can be awful and it keeps going up. I do my best to keep my shipping cost as close to the cost I can and I tend to eat part of the shipping as it is. 

If you are local and want to pick up your order or message me to meet in Westhope or Bottineau I tend to be in both at least once a week. I do have a free local pick-up option for you to pick.

We ship our packages with USPS, sadly we all know things don't always go great and packages go missing or get damaged. We will make sure to add tracking to all orders so we both can keep an eye on the package. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products we can not accept returns. We can not make sure it has not been used. Please make sure you check each item listing for ingredients to make sure you are not allergic to anything. If your item is broken due to our packaging during shipments we will accept a return of the item and ship out a new one for you at no cost to you. If your package is damaged due to the postal service fault we do have to have you make a claim with them for the damage cost. We package our products very well but we understand sometimes things happen and we want to make sure you are happy with your order so please message us to ask any questions before or after you place an order. 

As a small business owner and mother and caretaker to all our animals it may take me 24-48 hours to get back to you but please know we will answer all emails and messages we get.
